Senior Program Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced program manager, to ensure the successful delivery of digital experience platforms and solutions for our clients. They will serve as a liaison between highly motivated, multidisciplinary teams and our clients to build solutions. In this role, they will oversee the coordination of multiple project teams. This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, handoff and delivery. The best candidate will be driven by the success and satisfaction of clients and teammates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Working at multiple levels and disciplines with the client team (as well as with a variety of key partners), this strategic role manages all aspects of project planning – from project scope/definition, project planning, timeline measurement and resource allocation
  • Working with other project to develop plans for the programs with interdependent schedules, stakeholders and systems
  • Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
  • Creating the various project workstreams to ensure a cohesive program is managed
  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
  • Track against the contract to ensure the contract obligations are met
  • Develop senior-level updates which will be used to update executives
  • A critical component to this role is the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive as well as efficient communication, and escalate critical issues as well as provide answers to client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with third-party subcontractors, technology partners as needed

  • Minimum 8 years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role, ideally within the Digital Marketing Cloud space required
  • This includes knowledge of Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, and content Personalization solutions
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager within a SaaS environment is required
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skills is recommended
  • Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams and communicate with client representatives from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies
  • Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships and confidence with client stakeholders
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a client facing resource within agency or professional services companies
  • Certified ScrumMaster, PMP Certification is a plus
