Senior Project Manager – Adobe Cloud Services
We are currently looking for an experienced project manager, to ensure the successful delivery of digital experiences utilizing the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will serve as the liaison between highly motivated, multidisciplinary teams and our clients to build solutions. This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience in all phases of the digital experience design and development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, handoff, and delivery. The best candidate will be driven by the success and satisfaction of clients and teammates alike.
Responsibilities
- Working at multiple levels and disciplines with the Valocity team and a variety of key client stakeholders, this strategic role manages all aspects of project planning – from project scope/definition, project planning, timeline measurement, and resource allocation
- A critical component of this role is the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive as well as efficient communication, escalate critical issues as well as provide answers to Valocity clients
- Work with clients(s) as well as Valocity counterparts to clearly define and document project scope, requirements and integration points as they relate to solution implementation
- Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests – including tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resources
- Work with Business Analyst(s) and Design and Tech Leads to document all requirements and setup backlog in Jira
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life cycle
- Achieve client satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope
- Manage administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure
- Collaborate with third-party subcontractors, and technology partners as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role, ideally within the Digital Marketing Cloud space required
- Recent experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Content Management, Digital Asset Management, and Analytics
- Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
- An innovative thinker, and collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skills is recommended
- Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams and communicate with client representatives from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies
- Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships and confidence with client stakeholders
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a client-facing resource within agency or professional services companies
- Proven experience managing off-shore teams
- Certified ScrumMaster, PMP Certification is a plus
