Web Producer Specialist

As the Web Producer Specialist, you will play an integral role in our efforts to drive our client’s web experience as a key strategic growth engine for the company and nerve center for all demand activities. You will help support the Web Strategists and Producers turn marketing and campaign strategies into digital experiences and touch points that attract, engage and convert prospects and customers with ease through the buyer’s journey. You will help define our web strategy on a global scale as well as identify critical touch points throughout the customer journey to surface the right content or experience at the right time.

In this position, you will be primarily focused on day-to-day project management responsibilities and web production. You will work closely with the Web Experience team and internal stakeholders to ensure our website experience is positioned as our must-win moment. The Web Producer Specialist is an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and eager to learn and grow. You will help ensure the web team consistently delivers flawless execution of web experience programs and initiatives from start to finish.

What You Will Do…

  • Website project management activities including the day-to-day interaction and project requirements needed to deliver a best-in-class web experience.
  • Shadow project managers to ensure go-to-market plans are translated into relevant web stories to support product launches, campaigns, priority events, and other key initiatives which accelerate conversion and deliver measurable business results.
  • Capture goals and requirements to ensure alignment with website strategy in various touchpoints and kick off meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create, update, and socialize project workback schedules, roadmaps and plans in partnership with Website Strategists to identify when each task will be performed.
  • Identify workflow interdependencies and raise any potential project roadblocks or delays.
  • Manage and update the Producers’ toolkit of templates and forms that shape project scope, goals, content, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Produce and share large-scale program bill of materials (BOM) for the web team to support launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Provide regular status reports.
  • Create and update internal process documentation.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Ensure excellent site quality by resolving issues quickly. Ensure all images, copy, links, etc., are functioning and rendering correctly on site.
